PKO BP has launches offices in Sweden and Lithuania
PKO Bank Polski has opened new representative offices in Sweden and Lithuania as part of its accelerated expansion within the European Union. Over the past year, the bank has doubled the number of its foreign units, already meeting its international growth targets set for 2025. Under its strategy for 2025–2027, PKO BP plans to quadruple its EU presence to 12 foreign units, including representative offices and corporate branches, and to open four new corporate branches by the end of 2027. The expansion is designed to support Polish companies operating abroad by promoting the bank’s brand, analyzing local markets, and facilitating cross-border transactions.
Lithuania and Sweden were chosen due to strong Polish business activity and investment opportunities, particularly in green energy, infrastructure, technology, and industry.
