Unilever is investing nearly PLN 100 million to overhaul logistics at its Poznań factory, building a fully automated high-bay warehouse and a new shipping hall. The 36-meter facility will store 9,600 pallets and feature advanced autonomous retrieval systems, including three 34-meter self-driving lifts. Construction finishes in late 2026, with full integration planned for mid-2027. More than a quarter of the factory site will be reconfigured to create a modern, efficient logistics ecosystem.

The upgraded shipping hall, equipped with nine multifunctional docks, will streamline truck operations and support further automation. Unilever says the project will boost operational flexibility and strengthen supply-chain stability across one of its key European production sites.
