Archicom sold 602 units in Q1 2026 under preliminary and developer agreements, up from 530 a year earlier. The number of units handed over to clients rose sharply to 713, compared to just 24 in Q1 2025.

Sales were strongest in Łódź, Warsaw, Poznań, and Wrocław, while most deliveries took place in Wrocław and Łódź. The results reflect both the company’s own projects and those managed for the Echo Investment group.

The significant increase in handovers indicates strong project completion activity, while sales growth suggests stable demand across major Polish cities.
