Atal receives €50 mln to build housing estate in Dresden
Atal will build the Elbe Square residential-service complex in Dresden, consisting of 305 apartments, terraced houses, offices, and service spaces. The project will be financed by a €50 million loan granted by the German branch of PKO Bank Polski. Elbe Square is one of the largest development projects currently planned in Dresden, responding to strong local housing demand driven by population growth and new high-tech industry investments. The project is being carried out by Atal Development GmbH, the developer’s German subsidiary.
The financing highlights the growing international expansion of Polish companies and the role of Polish capital in supporting them abroad. PKO BP emphasizes that such investments strengthen the global presence and reputation of Polish businesses.
