Real estate company Deka Immobilien has sold two industrial and logistics parks in Silesia, totaling over 150,000 sq. m, to Hillwood Polska for around EUR 100 million. With this purchase, Hillwood’s portfolio in Poland grows to nearly 2 million sq. m. The fully leased properties include Industrial Park Bieruń (56,000 sq. m) located in a Special Economic Zone, and Industrial Park Tychy (about 97,000 sq. m across seven leased halls). The deal highlights the strength of Poland’s warehouse market, which remains one of the most dynamic in Europe.

From January to September 2025, industrial-logistics investments in Poland reached EUR 873 million, with sale-and-leaseback transactions making up 44% of value, offering investors stable, long-term income.
