Ghelamco Poland has signed a conditional agreement to sell the Chopin Tower project in Warsaw to a special-purpose company owned by an international investor for €54.4 million net. Ghelamco will remain responsible for design, construction and possible commercialization, while the project will be funded and owned by the investor. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to Warsaw not exercising its pre-emption right over part of the property.

The planned 30-story, 130-meter office and service tower in Wola will offer about 40,000 sq. m. of office space and 800 sq. m. of retail and dining space. It is the first project under Ghelamco’s capital-light model.
