REDD with record number of data on offices in Poland

REDD Real Estate Digital Data (REDD) has just reached the level of 10 million data about offices in Poland. This is an absolute record when it comes to the domestic market.
"In two years we built the largest database on the office real estate market in Poland," Tomasz Ogrodzki, founder of REDD commented.
"The foundation of our activity is the constant expansion of data resources. The collected information is subject to rigorous control and daily updating with the support of a dedicated research team operating within the company's structures," Tomasz Ogrodzki added.
REDD has already collected 10 million data in its database. This information about 2,000 buildings in 29 markets in Poland. Apart from Warsaw, Poznań, Kraków, Wrocław and the Tri-City, data is analyzed, e.g. from Lublin, Opole, Rzeszów or Gniezno. In total, it is over 13,000 of the observed office modules. These numbers make REDD the largest database on the commercial real estate market in Poland.
"We are the only company in Poland to have such a broad portfolio of monitored office markets," Piotr Smagała, REDD Managing Director, said.
The company updates data almost in real-time, which allows you to catch upcoming trends in front of everyone. It was thanks to REDD data that in May 2020 the media began to write about the growing vacant space in Poland, and in June REDD analysts noticed the growing space offered for sublease.
