Dom Development Expands Offer in Warsaw with Over 170 New Unit
Dom Development has launched sales for the next phases of two high-standard residential projects in Warsaw, offering over 170 new apartments across Bielany and Mokotów districts. At the revitalized Apartamenty Literacka, built on the site of the abandoned Europol Gaz office complex, 110 apartments and 5 commercial units are now available.
The project features sustainable urban design, public green spaces, and infrastructure partially powered by solar energy. Meanwhile, in Mokotów, the Apartamenty Beethovena development adds 64 apartments and 13 investment units, with architecture inspired by Warsaw’s modernist heritage. Located near the new Wilanów tram line, the project offers tranquil living with easy access to amenities and parks. Both developments feature eco-friendly solutions, including photovoltaics and cycling infrastructure, and are scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
