Comarch exits iMed24 unit
Comarch, alongside Comarch TFI and Comarch Management, has completed the sale of 100% of shares in Comarch Healthcare, owner of the iMed24 Medical Center in Kraków. The buyer, Imed Holding PSA, is led by Joanna Dróżdż-Gradzikiewicz, a long-serving board member of Comarch Healthcare and director of iMed24.
The deal was structured as a management buyout, ensuring strategic continuity and operational stability, the company said.
Founded in 2008, Comarch Healthcare provides medical services—primarily diagnostic imaging—to corporate and individual clients. The Kraków-based center offers X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound and densitometry, as well as endoscopy, dental and dermatology services. It also delivers telemedicine solutions using Comarch-developed software and devices. In 2024, the unit generated PLN 32.2 million in revenue, including PLN 27.4 million from medical services.
US private equity fund CVC, which delisted Comarch, continues divesting non-core assets while reviewing its real estate portfolio.
