Budapest-listed real estate investment company Appeninn has expanded its Polish portfolio by acquiring 11 retail properties from Dekada for more than EUR 100 mln. The portfolio includes seven retail parks and four shopping centers totaling nearly 53,000 sqm across cities including Kraków, Olsztyn, Malbork, and Żyrardów.

The acquisition marks Appeninn’s entry into Poland’s retail property market, complementing its existing office and logistics assets. The company said the geographically diversified portfolio, supported by tenants serving everyday consumer needs, will strengthen long-term returns and advance its international investment strategy.

Indotek Polska will provide asset management services, while CBRE Polska will handle property management. The deal was financed through Appeninn’s own funds and a bank loan from Erste Group.

The transaction comes amid strong investor demand for Polish retail real estate, where investment volume exceeded EUR 1 bln in the first half of 2026.
