Skanska has sold the second building of its Studio office complex in Warsaw’s Wola district to Stena Real Estate AB for €159 mln. The Swedish investor, which bought the first phase in Q2 2024, now owns the entire project. The transaction will be recorded in Skanska Commercial Development Europe’s Q3 2026 results, with the handover planned for Q4. Completed in Q4 2025, the 26-story building offers about 27,700 sqm of gross leasable space and is fully leased to tenants from sectors including finance, energy, pharmaceuticals, technology and professional services.

The building is seeking LEED, WELL, Building without Barriers, WiredScore and SmartScore certification and uses AI-supported management systems, including digital twin technology.
