The ADP Research "People at Work 2025" report shows global employee engagement at a decade-high 19 percent, up 5 percentage points from 2020.

In contrast, Poland's engagement dropped to 15 percent, down 3.7 percentage points, marking the second-largest global decline.

Workplace autonomy boosts engagement, with hybrid workers more engaged. In Poland, 58 percent work on-site, 13 percent remotely, and 29 percent in a hybrid model. Only 13 percent of Polish employees are satisfied with their team, affecting engagement further.

The findings highlight the need for greater workplace flexibility and collaboration to improve engagement in Poland.
