Large transaction on warehouse market sees Murapol shareholder buying Savills IM
Ares Management Corporation has purchased a major logistics portfolio in Poland from Savills Investment Management, marking one of the largest warehouse transactions of 2026, valued at over €250 million. The portfolio includes five logistics centers in cities such as Warsaw, Poznan, Szczecin, and Ruda Slaska, totaling about 284,000 sq m and largely leased to e-commerce and logistics firms. The assets will be managed by Marq, owned by Ares. The company is also expanding into retail parks through a joint venture.
Overall, Ares is strengthening its presence in Poland, focusing on stable, income-generating real estate with growth potential, especially in the logistics sector.
