Russia to build deep-water port in Kaliningrad region
Russia plans to build a deep-water port in the town of Jantarny in the Kaliningrad region. The maximum reloading capacity of the port is to reach 48 million metric tons. The value of the project is estimated at RUB 200 billion ($3.1 billion), of which one fourth is to come from the federal budget.
