In Q1 2025, employee turnover in Poland decreased, while the average job search duration rose to a record 3.3 months, according to Randstad and Pollster’s Labor Market Monitor. Only 19% of workers changed jobs recently—below the 10-year average—while 18% changed positions within their current company. Although job-seeking interest remains high, limited offers and unsatisfactory conditions are delaying transitions.

Currently, 12% actively search for work, and 47% passively browse opportunities. Job satisfaction continues to decline, now at 71% (down from 75% in 2023), especially among retail workers and engineers. Internal career development offers remain a key factor in retention. The findings are based on a survey of 1,000 working adults aged 18–64.
