A consortium of four banks has granted HB Reavis a refinancing loan for the development of three Varso Place mixed-use buildings in downtown Warsaw. The amount of the loan is €475 million, making it the largest transaction of its kind in the history of the commercial real estate market in Poland and one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe. The last phase of Varso Place - the Varso Tower skyscraper – was completed in 2022.

Varso Place was built right next to the capital's Central Station. The three buildings offer a total of 144,000 sqm of leasable space, including offices, a hotel, an innovation center, and retail units. The standout part of the development is the 310-meter Varso Tower skyscraper designed by Foster + Partners studio. Certified under the BREEAM (Outstanding) and WELL (Gold) systems, Varso Place's buildings have received numerous accolades for the best development in the commercial real estate sector in Poland and Central Europe, including the title of "Office Building of the Year."
