5-star hotel in Kołobrzeg set to open in mid-2026 with 369 rooms
Construction of the five-star Hotel Mearl in Kołobrzeg is nearing completion, with opening planned for mid-2026. Located directly by the beach on Sułkowskiego Street, on the site of the former “Proton” holiday center, the hotel will offer 369 rooms, including 18 suites. Facilities will include two restaurants, a lobby bar, and a sky bar with panoramic sea views. A strong focus is placed on premium amenities such as a nightclub, VIP zone, cinema room, wine cellar, cigar lounge, luxury boutique, and an extensive two-level SPA with pools and saunas.
The hotel will also feature a conference center for up to 400 guests. Designed in a minimalist, sustainable style, Hotel Mearl aims to set a new benchmark for luxury service in Poland.
