Colliers managing Szczecin offices
Colliers International has been appointed as the manager of the Lastadia Office building in Szczecin. Located near the bank of the Oder river, the six-floor property is owned by a special-purpose vehicle that is represented in Poland by Greenstone and comprises approximately 12,500 sqm of space. Its tenants include Szczecińska Energetyka Cieplna, home.pl, OT Logistics, mBank, Fundacja Akademickie Inkubatory Przedsiębiorczości, Asseco Poland and SGI.
