YIT has received an occupancy permit for the third stage of the Nordic Mokotów estate, and customers have already started collecting the keys to the purchased apartments. Thus, the Finnish developer has completed its first investment in Poland.

"The commencement of the construction of Nordic Mokotów in June 2016 inaugurated the activity of YIT in Poland, which is why the completion of this investment is a very important event for us. When designing the estate, from the very beginning we decided to focus on high quality materials, environmentally friendly solutions and Finnish accents. The elements have become a permanent element of the characteristic style of our construction and have been the strengths of all YIT investments in Poland. At the same time, we are not slowing down. Currently, we are currently building four other residential estates in Warsaw. We are also preparing to start work in Gdańsk, where we will create a facility in the category mixed-use," Tomasz Konarski, CEO of YIT in Poland, said.

The Nordic Mokotów estate offers a total of 340 apartments of various sizes - from studios to two-level premises with an area of over 100 sqm. They all have spacious wooden balconies or terraces, which is a distinctive feature of the entire estate. Residents have at their disposal a green patio, service premises, as well as an underground parking lot with parking spaces adapted to charging electric vehicles.

The advantage of the investment is also the location in a quiet, green area with easy access to public transport, bicycle paths, shops, restaurants and services, as well as educational units and sports and recreation facilities, such as the Stegny skating track.
