Developers introducing the most expensive apartments in Warsaw and Poznan
Average asking prices for new apartments in Poland remained stable in most cities, except Warsaw and Poznań, where luxury developments pushed them higher. In Warsaw, the average price rose 1% in February to nearly PLN 19,400 per square meter, following a 4% increase in January driven by high-end projects. New luxury investments priced between PLN 28,000 and 80,400 per square meter further lifted the average, raising the possibility of prices exceeding PLN 20,000 per square meter soon.
Poznań saw a similar 1% increase after new units priced at PLN 15,300–24,500 per square meter entered the market. In contrast, prices in the Upper Silesian–Zagłębie Metropolis fell 1% to about PLN 11,300 due to a large supply of relatively affordable apartments.
