Polish developers report stronger buyer activity in 2025. Dom Development delivered stable results, selling over 1,000 apartments net for the fourth quarter in a row. In H1 2025, revenue reached PLN 1.29 billion (slightly down y/y), but net profit rose 6% to PLN 245.6 million. The company launched 19 projects and plans to hand over 3,000 units in H2, aiming to surpass 2024’s record. Atal, meanwhile, faced a 44% revenue drop to PLN 390.2 million due to fewer completed projects, issuing only 610 units—half of last year’s volume.

However, it expects a rebound in H2, with most handovers scheduled then, targeting 2,000 sales in 2025 and 3,000 in 2026.
