As part of its organizational and strategic transformation, IT group Comarch is reviewing how it manages its real estate portfolio and is considering sale-and-leaseback transactions. The move follows pressure from its new owner, CVC, which has been selling non-core assets after taking the company private, including its public sector business, hospital systems unit, and football club Cracovia.

Comarch is now analyzing selected properties in several cities to better align space usage with current needs. A sale-and-leaseback model would free up capital without disrupting operations. At the same time, the company is investing in becoming an “AI-native” organization, focusing on talent, product innovation, and AI technologies to strengthen competitiveness and support global expansion.
