NBP: in Q3 ‘25, strongest growth in export of clothing, consoles, agricultural products and computers
According to the Narodowy Bank Polski, Poland’s exports grew in Q3 2025, driven mainly by consumer goods, agricultural products, and investment goods. The strongest growth was recorded in semi-durable and non-durable consumer goods, up 9.1% y/y, largely due to high exports of clothing, footwear, and video game consoles—much of it linked to re-exports from China. As a result, Poland has become one of the EU’s leading exporters in these categories.
Agricultural exports rose 7.6% y/y to a record PLN 62.6bn, with strong gains in poultry and beef. Investment goods exports also accelerated, supported by rapidly growing computer exports, especially to Ireland.
By contrast, transport equipment exports fell 1.7% y/y. While passenger car exports jumped 22% y/y and bus exports surged over 90% y/y, exports of automotive parts — especially electric batteries — declined sharply due to stronger competition from China.
