Lokum sold 52 premises, handed over 60 in Q1 of ‘26
Lokum Developer sold 51 units in Q1 2026, compared to 31 a year earlier, and recognized 60 units in revenue versus 14 in Q1 2025, the company reported. At the same time, the group had 29 reservation agreements at the end of the period.
Lokum Deweloper is a residential developer based in Wrocław, also operating in Kraków. The company debuted on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2015.
