Pekao and Santander BP grant €100 mln loan for Towarowa 22 project
Bank Pekao, in partnership with Santander Bank Polska, has granted AFI Europe and Echo Investment a €103.4 million construction and investment loan, along with a PLN 20 million working capital loan for the Office House, the first phase of the Towarowa 22 project. The investment is expected to be completed by spring 2025.
The Office House is part of the Towarowa 22 project, located between Towarowa, Pańska, and Miedziana streets. This nine-story building will offer 31,000 square meters of office and commercial space.
Adjacent to the office building, construction is underway on the first residential building of the Towarowa 22 complex at Miedziana 7, which will feature 140 apartments.
