Quorum Tower reaches full height of 137 meters
Wrocław’s second skyscraper and Poland’s only premium residential development with padel courts and a spa zone at the level of a five-star hotel. 250 apartments have already been sold.
Some places change the way we look at a city. Quorum Tower does not merely define Wrocław’s skyline; it enters into dialogue with it: with the water, greenery, and architecture of historic tenement houses.
In early June this year, the building reached its full height of 137 meters. The tower rises directly above the Oder River promenade, within the boundaries of the Old Town, just a few minutes’ walk from the Market Square, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and services along Sikorskiego Street. Quorum Tower, under the Resi Capital Prestige brand, offers 634 premium apartments ranging from 25 to nearly 164 sqm. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
“At Quorum Tower, we offer residents more than a prestigious address: a complete living experience in a place designed with the utmost attention to every detail, from an art-filled spa zone to an expansive private garden. The beautifully arranged green areas around the building are not only a setting for the complex, but also a social space open to the entire neighborhood,” says Anna Łagowska-Cioch, Vice President of Resi Capital by Cavatina.
Quorum Tower is the first residential development in Poland to include padel courts as an integral part of its shared infrastructure. The full-size courts occupy an expansive space on the seventh floor, with views of the Oder River. Padel, one of the fastest-growing sports in Poland, has so far been found mainly in dedicated sports facilities. Including this amenity in a residential building sets a new standard in the premium segment.
“Padel has become a distinctly urban sport in Poland, both a recreational and social space. We were inspired by our clients’ expectations: buyers of apartments in this class are looking for a lifestyle, not just an address. They want time recovered close to home, for sport, regeneration, and what truly matters,” explains Anna Łagowska-Cioch.
In a city where residential buildings rarely exceed 20 stories, until now there has been only one building of this scale. Quorum Tower has 38 floors, an aluminum-and-glass façade, and distinctive semicircular corners that extend the viewing angle in corner apartments to 180 degrees. Its form is so distinctive that it became a recognizable element of the city skyline long before construction was completed.
The architecture and finishing of the common areas were created entirely by Cavatina Group’s studio. The consistency of the design, from the façade to the interior details, is ensured by materials selected with the highest precision: Italian quartz sinter, marble, and brushed aluminum in a champagne-gold shade.
Apartments on the lower floors have loggias deep enough to make real use of the outdoor space throughout the year. On the higher floors, ceilings reach 3.30 meters. Ventilation modules have been built into the façade, providing a direct supply of fresh air to each apartment, independently of the central supply and exhaust ventilation system. This is a solution used in Poland so far only by Cavatina.
The two-story lobby, where design and art set the tone for the entire building, welcomes guests with a 24-hour reception and concierge service. On the first floor, the Spa & Wellness zone extends over more than 800 sqm and includes two Jacuzzis with a backlit Patagonia marble wall, a brine graduation tower, three types of saunas, including an infrared sauna, a cinema room for around 12 people, a massage room, a yoga and Pilates zone, and a gym equipped with Technogym equipment. The scope of this infrastructure has no equivalent among existing residential buildings in Wrocław and matches the standards of five-star hotels.
An expansive garden with trees, shrubs, and small architectural elements has been arranged on the roof of the podium, on the fourth floor. Directly by the river, there is a terrace overlooking the water. The space has been designed so that leaving home becomes a choice, not a necessity.
A plot by the Oder River, within the boundaries of the Old Town, next to an already completed promenade and surrounded by nearby squares and parks, with full urban infrastructure within walking distance, is a rarity. Quorum Tower is located at 15 Gen. Sikorskiego Street, where the riverfront meets pedestrian access to the city center. A wide promenade with more than 6,000 plantings and wooden platforms over the water runs directly alongside the development. The Market Square is about a 10-minute walk away.
Sikorskiego Street is not a through road, so despite its central location, traffic is minimal. Residents gain a combination rarely available in a city of this scale: the center, quiet, the river, and cycling routes in one address. Tram and bus stops are just a few dozen meters from the building. Wrocław Airport can be reached by car in 22-25 minutes.
The apartment tower is the crowning element of the Quorum complex, the largest mixed-use project in Lower Silesia. Five buildings marked A-E occupy a total of 10 hectares, combining residential, office, and service functions with a wide selection of terraces and green areas. The project, carried out in stages since 2021 on the site of the former Bateria Bolta factory, has largely been completed. Four buildings are already in use: Quorum D, the second stage of Quorum D, Quorum A, and Quorum Apartments C. In parallel with the construction of the complex, Cavatina developed approximately 3.8 hectares of surrounding public space at its own expense, including nearby squares, streets, and bicycle paths.
