Polish billionaire Sebastian Kulczyk, through Reghantille Investments, has invested in warehouse developer Quatrihub, which launched its first project near Wrocław—a 27,000 sqm hall worth €30 million, due in Q2 2027. The company plans nearly 40,000 sqm across Kraków, Poznań, Warsaw, Tricity, Łódź, and Upper Silesia, later expanding to regional markets, including Rzeszów near the eastern border. Quatrihub aims to join Poland’s top warehouse developers within three years, competing with Panattoni, Hillwood, and others.

Founders Aleksandra Kaczmarek and Michał Pluciński emphasize building next-generation, flexible warehouses aligned with digital transformation needs.

While Poland’s logistics market is competitive, demand for sustainable, modern facilities remains strong, offering space for new players despite current challenges.
