Ten projects win MIPIM Awards in ‘26
Ten real estate projects from Europe, North America, Australia and South America won MIPIM Awards 2026, which recognize outstanding developments in architecture, functionality and urban impact. The awards were presented in ten categories, with an additional special jury prize. Most of the winning projects are located in Europe.
The competition is part of MIPIM, one of the world’s largest real estate industry events held annually in Cannes. The event brings together developers, investors, city representatives, financial institutions and advisory firms. The awards cover both completed developments and projects still under construction.
Among the winners was the BPM project in Paris, developed by Redevco, which won Best Conversion Project for transforming an existing building to meet new market needs.
The Sydney Fish Market in Sydney, designed by 3XN and BVN Architecture, won Best Cultural, Sports & Education Project and also received the special jury prize.
Other winners included Populus in Denver, a sustainable hotel designed by Studio Gang, and the Bestseller Logistics Center West in Lelystad, designed by Henning Larsen.
Additional awards went to projects in Copenhagen, London and Maricá, highlighting developments ranging from residential projects and office buildings to large mixed use and urban regeneration schemes. Winners were selected by an international jury and industry representatives based on architectural quality, functionality and economic and urban impact.
