The value of the Polish e-commerce market in 2027 is expected to amount to PLN 187 billion, which means an increase of over PLN 94 billion, consultancy PwC reported.

According to the report, the market will increase by 18.6% in 2022 to PLN 109 billion, by 13.7% to PLN 124 billion in 2023, by 11.9% to PLN 139 billion in 2024, by 11.3% to PLN 155 billion in 2025, by 9.9% to PLN 170 billion in 2026, and in by 9.6%  to PLN 187 billion in 2027.

From 2024, the report assumes a return to the long-term trajectory of switching between sales channels resulting from the constantly growing purchasing power of the "digital native" generations.

By 2027, the number of e-consumers in Poland is expected to increase by 3.4 million to 20.6 million. According to PwC, the share of e-commerce in retail sales of goods in Poland will increase from 13% in 2021 to 17% in 2027.
