Unidevelopment, part of the Unibep Group, sold 92 housing units in Q3 2025 and recognized 58 in its financial results. Three new reservation agreements were also signed by the end of the quarter. The company attributed the sales increase to lower interest rates and rising wages in Poland. In Q4 2025, Unidevelopment will begin handover of units in the first phase of its Kusocińskiego project in Gdańsk and launch a new 237-unit investment in Warsaw. Cumulatively, in 2025, the group sold 202 units and recognized 155, including several joint ventures with external partners.

Unibep operates across residential, industrial, public utility, sports, and modular construction in Poland, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe, generating PLN 2.6 billion in 2024 revenue.
