'When I adapt my novels, I never put any pressure on the authors': Remigiusz Mróz
Remigiusz Mróz, a popular author of around 50 novels, makes no secret that the screenings of his novels are an extremely interesting experience for him, and each time he carefully follows the entire production process, as well as the end result. It also ensures that it does not put any pressure on the creators, but sometimes it will suggest or advise something. As for "The Behaviorist", Remigiusz Mróz is glad that Robert Więckiewicz played the main role in this series.
"The Behaviorist" is a screen adaptation of another novel by Remigiusz Mróz. Previously, viewers could watch "Chyłka". The writer does not hide that in both cases he looks at the authors' ideas with great interest. "The Behaviorist" is an extremely dark series, full of puzzles and twists.
"This story is psycho-social, and it has a detective film and it seems to me that in the most important aspect, the core of the story, the screening is very faithful. All the dilemmas that I raised in the book are also raised in the series. There are of course changes. about the plot, characters, sometimes we change someone's gender, sometimes their behavior or other things, but what's most important remains. On the other hand, for the readers not always, because they are related to what was on the pages of the book, but for me, it is always an interesting experience to see how someone else interprets it all," Remigusz Mróz said.
The writer revealed that he had an informal influence on some aspects of this production. In addition, the author also starred in the series in person. Fans will definitely spot him in one of the scenes. The writer hopes that the producers will also decide to screen the next two parts of the novel: "The Illusionist" and "The Extremist".
"Although the formal decision has not yet been made, I cannot imagine it could be otherwise," the writer added.
