27th edition of Belgian Days in Warsaw took place November 17-20
In November 2025, from the 17th to the 20th, the Belgian Business Chamber (BBC) proudly hosted the 27th edition of the Belgian Days in Warsaw — the Chamber’s flagship celebration of Belgian–Polish business, innovation, and culture.
Held annually, the Belgian Days bring together leaders, experts, and professionals from both countries for a series of high-level networking and cultural events designed to strengthen bilateral economic ties and inspire new partnerships.
This year’s edition opened with a landmark moment: the Bridge to Belgium Reveal, held at the Embassy of Belgium to Poland and Lithuania. The inauguration featured the signing of a Joint Declaration of Intent between the Belgian Business Chamber and BEPOLUX – The Belgian-Polish-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. This symbolic step marks an important milestone in the deepening cooperation between the organizations.

The program then unfolded with a dynamic range of sector-focused events:
• Industry & Logistics Seminar – exploring how technology and sustainability are redefining the future of the sector.
• Talent & Diversity Masterclass – an inspiring evening uniting leaders, innovators, and changemakers committed to shaping inclusive and future-ready workplaces.
• Real Estate Conference – a signature event drawing over 130 participants for in-depth discussions on emerging trends and challenges in the Polish-Belgian real estate market.
• Belgian Business Mixer – a festive networking evening at Seafood Station Restaurant & Oyster Bar, where guests enjoyed authentic Belgian-style seafood in a relaxed, coastal atmosphere ideal for establishing new business connections.
• Triple Tech & Innovation Summit – a platform dedicated to the latest developments in AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, and cutting-edge Belgian technological solutions across industries.

The Belgian Days concluded in style with the prestigious CEO Forum, hosted at the Embassy of Belgium in Poland and Lithuania. The evening featured a dialogue with guest of honor Michał Baranowski, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, who shared key insights into Polish-Belgian economic relations and future opportunities for cooperation.
The Belgian Business Chamber is proud to announce that the 27th Belgian Days attracted more than 450 participants throughout the week.
Engaging seminars, high-level discussions, and vibrant networking events once again showcased the strength of the Belgian-Polish partnership and the unique cultural flavor that makes the Belgian Days a standout event on Warsaw’s business calendar.
