AI Clearing, a Polish-American company specializing in AI-driven construction progress monitoring, is set to invest PLN 65 million over the next three years. This investment will primarily expand the company's research and development center in Warsaw, aiming to grow its team to 200 employees.
Founded by Michał Mazur and Adam Wiśniewski, AI Clearing provides innovative AI systems for the construction industry, using drone images to create precise 3D models for real-time progress monitoring. Since 2021, the company has already invested approximately PLN 59 million in Poland.
The company has successfully integrated with top Polish universities to recruit talent, with many interns transitioning to full-time roles after gaining valuable experience. The expansion plans reflect AI Clearing’s increasing success, with revenue tripling in 2024. Despite competition from large corporations, the company is focused on attracting skilled IT professionals, particularly through initiatives like hackathons.
AI Clearing’s move follows a growing trend of Polish-founded companies establishing significant R&D centers in Poland, such as ElevenLabs, a leader in AI voice simulation.
