One of the leaders of the flex office market, Chillispaces.com, officially opened its first location in central Poland in Łódź. The office in Stara Drukarnia (ul. Gdańska 130) provides 2,100 sqm of designer interiors with 11 conference rooms, team rooms of 2-60 people, a cocktail bar, and a chillout zone. The offices are equipped with a very fast, redundant Internet network. Despite the difficult pandemic situation, as much as 74 percent of the office space has already been leased or is in advanced negotiations.
Chillispaces.com (previously operating under the name of Rise.pl) is a flexible office brand with eight locations in Kraków and Łódź with an area of over 16,000 sqm, 2,600 workstations, and 66 conference rooms. Apart from young Polish startups, the tenants of the space include PepsiCo, Savills, and global leaders in IT, business consulting, and software for business. By 2021, the network is to expand by locations in central and northern Poland, ultimately reaching 11 offices occupying 24,000 sqm.
