DocPlanner, the first Polish start-up with a valuation of more than $1 billion, has bought MyDr, a platform that provides data on medical products available in Poland and helps users arrange medical visits. MyDr cooperates with 47,000 doctors, and almost 2 million visits are scheduled via the website monthly. The deal value is not disclosed.

DocPlanner created by Mariusz Gralewski has been actively growing through mergers and acquisitions. In recent years, it bought the Brazilian company Feegow, the German company Jameda, the Italian TuoTempo, and Spanish Doctoralia.

Docplanner was founded in 2012 in Poland and now has a team of more than 1,800 based across offices in Warsaw, Barcelona, Istanbul, Rome, Mexico City, Curitiba, and Bologna. It creates digital apps and software solutions for doctors, clinics, hospitals, and patients.
