Dom Development Group is expanding its “Urban Greenery” program, part of the company’s DOM 2030 ESG Strategy. In the initiative’s second year, the developer will allocate nearly PLN 8 mln to create publicly accessible green areas in Gdańsk, Kraków, Warsaw and Wrocław – an increase from PLN 6 mln in 2024. The new parks, squares and flower meadows will cover over two hectares. The program aims not only to plant vegetation but to build biodiverse ecosystems that help lower urban temperatures and improve air quality. According to customer surveys, more than 80% of respondents believe Dom Development positively transforms cities, while 70% recognize its contribution to biodiversity through native plantings.

In Warsaw’s Chrzanów district, a 3,600 m² park costing PLN 1.5 mln will feature a playground, sensory-educational path, community garden, workout equipment and numerous natural landscaping elements. In Wrocław, greenery has been added on Zielna Street, while a 5,800 m² degraded municipal area at Górka Tarnogajska is being revitalized with new trees, shrubs and small architecture. Kraków will gain a 1,300 m² pocket park near Malborska Street, designed to blend with existing vegetation. In Gdańsk, Euro Styl has completed several green projects, including pocket parks, an urban square, and a major renovation of the Nowa Motława waterfront worth nearly PLN 4.7 mln.
