Galeria Jurajska mall with green credentials
Developer and investor GTC has obtained a BREEAM certificate for energy efficiency and environmental performance at the “Excellent” level for its Galeria Jurajska shopping center in Częstochowa. This is the company’s eighth building in Poland to have secured BREEAM certification since the beginning of this year. Opened for business in 2009, Galeria Jurajska comprises 48,700 sqm of space and accommodates approximately 200 stores. The mall is currently almost fully leased out.
