Karimpol Polska has obtained €50 million in financing from Bank Pekao to fund the second phase of the Skyliner project at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw. This follows previous collaboration between the investor and the bank, which also supported the first tower's construction.
The Skyliner complex, comprising two office towers and a podium, will cover a total of 73,000 square meters. The financing agreement for the second phase was finalized in July, with legal support from Bird & Bird for Bank Pekao and advisory services provided by CBRE for Karimpol.
Construction of the second 130-meter tower began in February 2024, with completion expected by the end of 2026. The new building will offer 24,000 square meters of leasable space, mostly dedicated to offices. It will also feature commercial areas on the ground floor and rooftop terraces.
Like its predecessor, Skyliner II will be powered by renewable energy and has received a BREEAM Outstanding certification. Warbud is overseeing construction, while APA Wojciechowski Architekci is responsible for the design.
