Poland’s Prefab Housing Market Set to Reach PLN 7 Billion by 2030

Poland’s prefabricated housing market is experiencing dynamic growth, currently valued at around PLN 5 billion and projected to reach PLN 7 billion by 2030. The surge is driven by rising interest in fast, energy-efficient, and sustainable building solutions.
Prefabricated homes—constructed from factory-made modules—are increasingly chosen by both individual buyers and developers for their short build times and cost predictability.
“Prefabricated houses are still a relatively new topic in Poland… If you own a plot and have the necessary funds, you could move into a new home within just six months,” Wojciech Rynkowski, expert at Extradom.pl, said.
Beyond single-family housing, demand is also growing in the public and commercial sectors. However, experts note that regulatory clarity and public awareness are essential for continued growth.
