Savills Investment Management is not leaving Poland, despite market speculation linked to the planned sale of a small portion of its Polish assets. The company manages commercial properties totaling about 1.5 million sqm in Poland, part of its global portfolio worth EUR 26.2 bln, with EUR 1.7 bln invested locally. Savills IM follows a cyclical capital rotation strategy, selling selected properties once key lease cycles end, while simultaneously seeking new investments.

The firm is currently focused on warehouse assets and is closely watching the fast-growing institutional rental housing (PRS) sector. Most of its Polish portfolio is nearly fully leased and certified to high ESG standards. Savills IM views Poland as a stable, attractive market with competitive investment returns.
