Base inflation, excluding food and energy prices, grew to 2.2 percent in July from 1.9 percent in the previous month, Poland’s central bank said on Friday. The so-called 15-percent trimmed average, which eliminates the impact of prices with the lowest and highest dynamics stood at 2.2 percent against 2.1 percent in June.
Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) reported CPI inflation rate in July at 2.9 percent y/y and unchanged in monthly terms.
