In 2024, sole proprietors (JDGs) accounted for 61% of transactions on Automarket.pl, a car sales platform owned by PKO Leasing. The average vehicle purchased by JDGs cost 87,000 PLN net—a 5% increase year-over-year—indicating a pragmatic approach to business-related vehicle investment. German and Korean brands were most popular, with Opel (14%), Hyundai (10%), and Ford (8%) leading. JDGs showed a balanced preference between leasing (46%) and long-term rental (53%). Experts expect JDG involvement in the automotive market—especially in long-term rentals—to keep growing. Automarket.pl, Poland’s first online car platform integrated with PKO Bank's digital services, offers vehicles from the PKO group’s inventory and from long-standing dealership partners.
