Echo Investment gets the go-ahead for Łódź offices

Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Echo Investment has obtained a building permit for the first two office buildings within its Fuzja mixed-use project in Łódź. The buildings will comprise a total of almost 20,000 sqm of GLA and are to get under construction in the second quarter of next year with their completion scheduled for 2022. Located on ul. Tymienieckiego in the city’s Księży Młyn area, the Fuzja scheme will entail the revitalization and redevelopment of nearly eight hectares of post-industrial land and will offer approximately 90,000 sqm of residential, office and retail space. It will consist of 20 buildings – including 14 refurbished historic buildings of the former industrial complex of Karol Scheibler – and will be developed in several phases. Echo Investment is currently also working on two residential buildings within the development.
