Eurostat: apartment sales in Poland fell by 1.1% in ‘25
In 2025, sales of residential units in Poland fell by 1.1%, Eurostat reported.
In 2024, the number of transactions in Poland increased by 5%.
Eurostat data show that in 2025, home sales in the EU rose in most countries for which data are available, compared with 2024.
The number of residential transactions declined in 3 of the 18 EU countries covered by the available data. Decreases were recorded in Croatia (-4.1%), Bulgaria (-2.5%) and Poland (-1.1%).
The largest increases were recorded in Slovenia (+29.9%), Lithuania (+22.8%) and Austria (+21.4%).
