TUI relocates in Warsaw’s Mokotów
Tourism company TUI Poland has leased 2,150 sqm of office space in the Mokotów Nova building in the Mokotów district of Warsaw. The tenant, which was advised by CBRE during the lease negotiations, will move into the property in April next year. Mokotów Nova is located at the intersection of ul. Domaniewska and ul. Magazynowa, close to the Galeria Mokotów shopping mall, and comprises 40,000 sqm of office area. The current office of TUI Poland is also located in the Mokotów district.
