Atal handed over a total of 500 residential and commercial units to clients in Q1 2026, compared to 218 units a year earlier, the company said. The highest number of units was delivered in the Tri-City (127), followed by Łódź (97), Katowice (88), Wrocław (72), Poznań (50), Kraków (42), and Warsaw (24).

“We expect to deliver significantly more units this year than in 2025, potentially exceeding 3,000 apartments. Growing sales in projects scheduled for completion this year should translate into a higher number of handovers,” said CEO Zbigniew Juroszek.

Atal is a developer specializing in residential projects in major Polish cities and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2015. In 2025, it sold 1,678 apartments.
