Ronson sold 122 units in Q1; target is 600 in ‘26
Ronson Development sold 122 residential units and handed over 52 in the first quarter of 2026, the company said. Its sales target for 2026 is 600 units.
“Q1 2026 delivered better sales results than last year. We sold 122 apartments, with the strongest demand in Warsaw projects, particularly Ursus Centralny, Zielono Mi, and Grunwald Między Drzewami. We also see growing activity in the premium segment, especially in Nova Królikarnia. Additionally, we handed over 52 units, mainly in Warsaw and Szczecin, maintaining a solid pace of project delivery. We observe a gradual recovery in sales, but the market is stabilizing rather than accelerating, and customers are making more cautious purchasing decisions. We aim to improve sales results and exceed 600 units sold this year,” said sales director Andrzej Gutowski.
Ronson Development is a developer that was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2022.
