Comarch delisted from WSE after four vice presidents resign

Four vice presidents of Comarch, one of Poland's largest IT firms, resigned amid major organizational changes. Departing members include Marcin Romanowski (head of healthcare) and Tomasz Matysik (public sector head). These sectors may be sold, as hinted by previous reports. A shareholders’ meeting also reshaped the supervisory board, adding figures like Krzysztof Krawczyk and István Szőke from CVC Capital Partners, which now co-owns Comarch with the Filipiak family.
CVC plans to refine Comarch's strategy, focusing on product development, talent management, and market expansion. Jarosław Mikos, now on the board, is speculated to become CEO. Additionally, the company will delist from the stock market and update its charter to align with new ownership and strategic goals.
