PKN Orlen still wants to take over Lotos Group in 2019
Oil company PKN Orlen still expects to be able to take over the Lotos
Group towards the end of this year, board member Zbigniew Leszczyński,
said. “We are consistently implementing our Lotos Group acquisition
strategy. We hope that after very intense discussions with the European
Commission we will work out the conditions under which a final
application can be submitted,” he added.
