The total value of investment transactions closed in the commercial property market in Poland in the third quarter of this year reached €1.8 billion with the combined Q1-Q3 investment volume thus amounting to €4.5 billion, according to a report by BNP Paribas Real Estate. The office sector accounts for more than 60% (€2.75 billion) of the Q1-Q3 volume. Around 60% of that sum was invested in Warsaw. The retail and logistics property sectors attracted investments valued at almost €900 million and approximately €620 million respectively.
